Pam Dignan Dancers are based in Westhill, Aberdeenshire, established in 1978 by Pam with over 45 years of teaching experience. Pam Dignan started dancing at 11 years old with Betty Jessiman in Huntly and then went onto dance for Bobby Watson in Aberdeen.
Some of our dancers compete at national to international level at indoor competitions and Highland Games, often winning trophies and medals. The dancers perform frequently at corporate functions, displays and charity events. The competitive and senior Highland dancers have travelled around the world including Austria, Holland, Spain, Turkey, Russia, France and Zimbabwe. Our younger dancers have also competed in the Disneyland Paris Choreography event.
Pam has also had many years experience of teaching dancing to people from all round the world at the summer school at St. Andrews University.
